Is there such thing as too much exercise?
I am training for a Half Ironman (70.3 miles) on 20 May 07. Monday-Saturday I lift weights for an hour, swim for an hour, and either run or bike an hour depending on what day it is. I generally eat between 2,500-3,000 calories a day. Is this level of performance safe, and will it yield the results needed to complete a race of this caliber?
yes but as long as you can handle it.
